Really effective, wish it folded the other way
The fan folds flat which is great. My preference would be for it to fold so the air outlets face inward when folded, protecting the mesh from damage in a bag. Minor design preference. The cooling performance and convenience are both excellent.

Excellent cooling, wish more speeds
Three speeds is the right design but I find myself wanting something between medium and high on certain days. A fourth speed option would be ideal. That aside the fan performs consistently and the bladeless design is genuinely safe and comfortable.

Very good, wish the arms extended slightly longer
The fan arms fit comfortably around my neck but I have a broader than average neck and the arms are at maximum extension for my size. A slightly longer arm option or an extender accessory would be helpful for broader-necked users. Cooling is excellent — just a fit note for larger builds.

Strong product, minor note on sweat contact
During very heavy sweating the foam contact points can slide slightly out of position. In moderate heat this is never an issue. During intense outdoor work or exercise in peak heat I occasionally need to readjust. Not a dealbreaker — just something to know for high-intensity use.
