How It Works
7V Active Water Circulation

A mini pump pushes cold water nonstop through cooling channels woven into the mesh liner — so the chill keeps coming instead of fading. That's the difference between active circulation and a gel pack that goes warm in an hour.

Reusable Circulation
Defeat The Heat

Stay cool for hours with a freezable 2.5L quick-release bladder, a quiet mini pump, a USB-C rechargeable battery, and a mesh liner laced with liquid-cooling channels. Freeze, swap, repeat — all season long.

Built For Comfort
Fits The Work, Not Just The Body

Adjustable sides and a front zipper tune the fit across four size ranges. The compact outer fabric stays waterproof and breathable, so the vest moves with you through a full shift instead of weighing you down.

Best cooling product at any price I've tried

I have owned cooling towels, ice vests, phase change vests, a neck fan and an evaporative vest. This 7V circulatory system is in a completely different class than all of them. The continuous cold water circulation is what changes everything. The setup is simple enough that I had it running within 5 minutes of opening the box. Money well spent.

    Quick-release bladder makes refilling easy

The 2.5L bladder pops out with a quick release for refilling. Takes about 30 seconds to swap in a fresh cold bladder if you have one pre-filled, or 2 minutes to refill and add ice from a cooler. That refill simplicity is what makes continuous all-day use practical. The engineering is clever and the operation reflects it.

Continuous circulation is the whole game

Every other cooling vest I've owned cools for a period and then the cooling fades as the ice melts or the gel warms. This one circulates cold water continuously so the cooling doesn't fade — it's constant from the moment you turn it on until the bladder water warms. Add ice to the bladder and it stays cold for hours. Completely different experience from passive vests.

Easier to set up than I expected at this price

At $399 I expected a complicated setup process. It's actually straightforward — fill the bladder with cold water and ice, connect it, press the button and the pump starts circulating immediately. The whole thing takes about 3 minutes from box to wearing. I've recommended this vest to three people and the first thing they all say after trying it is how simple it is.

The too-cold problem is a fun one to have

My husband laughed when I told him I needed to turn my cooling vest down because it was too cold. That is a sentence neither of us ever expected to say about a wearable product in August. The lowest pump setting is now my default for moderate outdoor activities. High setting is for genuine extreme heat. Having that range is exactly what you want from a premium product.
