We know you're ready to beat the heat, so we work hard to get your AlphaCool gear to you fast. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.
Processing & Delivery Times
Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped from our US warehouse within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. During peak season and major sales, processing may take an extra day or two — we'll always do our best to keep you updated.

Flat-Rate Shipping
Orders under $50 ship at an affordable flat rate, calculated automatically at checkout before you pay.
Fast Processing
In-stock orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days so your cooling gear arrives quickly.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way. If you created an account at checkout, you can also view tracking and order status by logging into your account.

Where We Ship From
AlphaCool orders ship from our fulfillment centers in Wilmington, OH, Greensboro, NC and Ontario, Canada. We primarily serve customers within the United States and Canada.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
We package every order carefully, but if something arrives damaged, please file a claim within 3 days of delivery. Email support@alphacoolproducts.com with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we'll make it right as quickly as possible.
If your tracking shows delivered but you can't locate your package, check around your property and with neighbors first, then contact us so we can help track it down.
