What's Covered

Garment Materials & Construction

All non-electrical components of the garment are warranted against factory defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of initial purchase. If there is anything wrong with the sewing or materials of an AlphaCool product caused by a manufacturer's defect, the product will be repaired or replaced at AlphaCool's discretion at no charge.

Shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Electrical Components

When you purchase an AlphaCool cooling garment from an authorized AlphaCool retailer within the United States or Canada, the electrical components of the garment are warranted against factory defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year.

Battery & Charger

AlphaCool power packs are warranted against factory defects for 90 days from the date of initial purchase. AlphaCool will repair or replace any power packs found to be defective under normal use within the 90-day warranty period.

Open-Box Items

Open-box products have been tested and deemed fully functional. "Open-box" may mean one of the following:

• Damaged packaging
• Discontinued version
• Unused returned item

If an open-box item is found defective within 15 days of purchase, AlphaCool will repair or replace it with another open-box item.

Warranty Exclusions

Any damage caused to an AlphaCool item by misuse, abuse, improper care, accident, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over an extended period of time and use is not covered by this warranty.

Any alterations or repairs (attempted or otherwise) performed on an AlphaCool item void any and all warranties offered by AlphaCool for that particular item.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and only to products purchased directly from an authorized AlphaCool dealer. This warranty does not cover commercial use.
