How Returns Work

Open our returns portal and enter your order number and email to begin.

Pick items & reason

Select the items you'd like to return or exchange and tell us why.

Ship it back

Follow the prepaid instructions and send your items back to us in their original condition.

Refund or exchange

Once received, we process exchanges within 5 business days, or refund your original payment method.

Our 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your AlphaCool gear. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to start a return or exchange. Please read the details below so everything goes smoothly.

Return Conditions

  • All items returned for a refund or exchange must be in new, sellable condition — no scuffs, scratches, stains, or odors.
  • Items must include the original packaging, parts, accessories, instructions, and tags.
  • Items returned not in sellable condition will receive only a partial refund, or in extreme cases be returned to the sender.
  • Items that are damaged, missing parts, or show obvious signs of use for reasons not caused by AlphaCool will receive a refund of up to 50% of the item's price.
  • Open-box items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Damaged in shipping? Please file a claim within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right quickly.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used for the order.
  • Original shipping charges are not refunded, unless approved by an agent due to special circumstances.
  • Please allow a few business days after we receive and inspect your return for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

Need a different size or product? Send back your unwanted item(s) using the steps above. Once we receive them, we'll process your exchange — please allow up to 5 business days.
