We make it SUPER easy to return or exchange your order. Please make sure to read through the entire return/exchange policy

30 Day Return and Exchange Notes:

• All items returned to us for a refund or exchange must be in sellable condition. This means the items are still in new condition without scuffs, scratches, stains, smells etc. Items must still have the original packaging, parts, accessories, instructions, and tags. Items returned not in sellable condition will only receive a partial refund or in extreme circumstances returned to the sender.
• The 30-day time return period starts once you receive your order. 
• Items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to an error of AlphaCool will receive a refund of up to 50% of the item's price.
• Open box items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
• If your order was damaged in shipping, please file a claim within 3 days
• Refunds will be issued back to the payment method used to place the order.
• Original shipping charges will not be refunded (unless approved by an agent due to special circumstances)
