Good for shorter outdoor sessions
This cooling tube works really well for activities in the 1.5 to 2 hour range — walks, yard work, outdoor events. The phase change holds its temperature well within that window. For longer outings you'll need a second tube or a recharge opportunity. As long as you plan for that it's a reliable and comfortable product.

Good idea, mine lost effectiveness quickly
The first few weeks were great — consistent cooling at 64 degrees for the full 2 hours. After about two months of regular use I noticed the hold time getting shorter and the temperature not feeling as cold. I'm not sure if the phase change material degrades over time or if I'm doing something wrong with storage. The concept is good but the longevity has been disappointing.

Solid cooling tube, easy to use
Good phase change product that does what it says. The 64-degree hold is comfortable and consistent and the adjustable strap fits well. Giving four stars because the recharge time in the freezer — 1 to 1.5 hours — can feel like a long wait if you're planning a day out and forget to freeze it the night before. Plan ahead and it's a great product.

Lightweight enough to forget it's there
I walk every morning and wear this around my neck the whole time. After the first few minutes I genuinely forget it's there. Light, comfortable, flexible and the cooling is steady throughout. The adjustable strap gets a snug fit that keeps the phase change material in contact with my neck.

Works as described, recharge routine needed
The phase change technology is real and the 2-hour window is accurate under normal conditions. It doesn't give you the immediate intense cold of an ice pack but the steady 64-degree hold is actually more comfortable for extended wear. I give it four stars because getting the most out of it requires building a recharge routine. Worth the small effort.
