Works great, controls take a day to learn
The button interface for cycling between fan speeds and plate settings takes a day or two to get automatic. After that it's second nature. First-time users may find themselves accidentally switching modes at first. The instruction card helps but an on-device speed indicator would be useful. Performance is excellent once you know the controls.

Cooling plate is the upgrade over basic neck fans

Worth every dollar for outdoor workers
